4. If needed, new topsoil will be brought in and leveled (premium lawn soil recommended)
5. Final raking, contouring, and soil preparation is completed - Perfect Seedbed Created
6. Hydroseed is applied - Seed + Mulch + Fertiliser + special ingredients
7. Client is given After Care Guide - watering & care process begins
