HYDROSEEDING = Water + Seed + Fertiliser + Protective Mulch
This mixture is combined into a jet action tank and sprayed onto the ground.
Water acts as a carrier and when placed in contact with the seed, it will jump start the growth process.
Seed type and quality can vary depending on the need. High quality grass and lawn seed are used in residential application. Wildflowers, pasture seed, turf seed for athletic fields or fast spreading ground cover for erosion control are options that can be sprayed.
Fertiliser is used as a high phosphorus "starter" that will stimulate root growth.
Protective Mulch helps protech the seed and seals in moisture. It may be made from a paper or wood product.

Hydroseeding costs only a fraction more than the old fashioned method of dry seeding and gives a better result faster.Your new lawn will be sprayed on using a protective much covering that has an attractive green appearance. A special blend of seed will be used that has been chosen for the conditions and requirements of your area.
Your lawn will be hydroseeded with a tested, certified turf mix. Germination time will depend on the weather and the consistency of watering after application. In prime growing conditions, grass will be visable within 5 to 7 days after application.
